Delivery
Before delivery
Crates and pallets are unloaded with a tail-lift or pallet truck, so the delivery point needs level, hard standing — no grass, gravel, steps or kerbs. Tell us at checkout if access is tricky and we'll find a way.

Questions we get asked
How should I store my fuel?
Keep it off the ground and under cover, with air able to move around it. A shed, a log store or a covered stack all work. Keep bagged fuel indoors or well covered, and away from damp.
