Who delivers
Most orders are delivered by our own drivers. In some areas a partner carrier delivers instead, and some products are sent straight from our supplier, so an order can arrive in more than one delivery. Before you pay, we always tell you who delivers each part.
When it arrives
Please check your delivery straight away. If anything is damaged, short or wrong, tell us as soon as you can with photographs, and we'll put it right.
Before we arrive
- Make sure the delivery point has level, hard standing — no grass, gravel, steps or kerbs. Our tail-lift and pallet truck can't cope with them.
- Check that our vehicle can reach the delivery point, and tell us at checkout about narrow roads, steep drives or weight limits.
- Make sure someone can receive the delivery. Crates and pallets are heavy and are left at the delivery point you've told us.
- Decide where you want it. Once it's down, we can't move it for you.
Questions we get asked
How does delivery work?
Enter your postcode and we show the delivery cost, the date and who delivers before you add anything to your cart. Crates and pallets are unloaded with a tail-lift or pallet truck, so the delivery point needs level, hard standing — no grass, gravel, steps or kerbs. Tell us at checkout if access is tricky.
